FAMILY APPLICATION & FREE CONSULTATION
Before we begin our search for your perfect placement, we ask that you complete the new family application, which will help us understand your family’s specific needs. This application also ensures a quick and easy consultation to determine your requirements.
SIGN AGENCY-CLIENT CONTRACT
After confirming we are the right placement agency for you, you will sign a contract that includes our pricing, services, and all other details of our collaboration. The nonrefundable $250.00 registration fee is due at signing. The registration fee is required in order to begin the process of finding candidates.
REVIEW POTENTIAL CANDIDATES & INTERVIEW TIMES
After finding the perfect candidates for your specific needs, we will provide up to 7 candidates for you to review. You then have the ability to choose the candidates that you would like to interview, including your preferred days and times to meet the candidates for either an in-person or a virtual interview.
HIRE YOUR HOUSEHOLD EMPLOYEE & SIGN EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
Once you have selected the perfect candidate to hire, you will sign a Family-Household Employee Contract. This contract is completely customizable to you and your family’s needs. Once the contract has been signed and the employee’s start date has been confirmed, the placement fee from your desired package is due.
