OUR CHILDCARE SERVICES

NANNY

A highly-experienced caregiver whose primary responsibility is child care and child development. Duties include meal and snack preparation, children’s laundry, driving children to activities and appointments, maintaining children’s calendar, setting up play dates, assisting with homework, and overall safety of children.

In some positions, the family may require overnights and travel care.

Available for full-time or part-time.

SITTER

A caregiver who cares for and supervises children of all ages for short periods of time while primary caregivers are away. Sitters are not career childcare providers. Duties include meal and snack preparation and overall safety of children.

Available for full-time, part-time, or as-needed care.

BACK-UP CARE

A sitter or nanny who cares for children in the event that the regularly scheduled caregiver is unavailable.

Back-up care is also used for date nights, occasional, or as-needed care.

NEWBORN CARE SPECIALIST

A professional who specializes in providing expert care and support for newborns and their families during the first few months of a baby’s life, often referred to as the "fourth trimester." They are highly trained in newborn care and focus on establishing healthy routines while addressing the specific needs of both the baby and the parents.


Available for full-time or part-time.

MOTHER’S HELPER

A caregiver with little to no childcare experience who splits their time between child care and light housework. These positions are normally required by families who have a mother at home who needs assistance with childcare duties and home maintenance. Other duties include light cleaning and organization of the high traffic areas in the home.

Available for full-time and part-time.

TUTOR

An educator who provides instruction to students outside the classroom and helps them by assessing their learning needs and weaknesses in skills that need improvement.

Available for part-time, occasional, and as-needed.

OUR HOUSEHOLD SERVICES

HOUSEHOLD MANAGER

An employee who anticipates their employer’s needs and manages the household to ensure it continues to run smoothly. Duties include family meal prep, family laundry, scheduling appointments, handling administrative tasks such as paying bills, overseeing other household staff, planning and organizing events, making travel arrangements, and supervising home maintenance projects.

Available for full-time and part-time.

FAMILY ASSISTANT

An employee who provides support and assistance to a family in various aspects of their daily lives. Duties may include household management, scheduling, organizing activities, running errands, and sometimes even personal assisting duties for family members. The role of a family assistant can vary greatly depending on the specific needs and preferences of the family employing them.

Available for full-time and part-time.

PET SITTER

A caregiver for your household pets. Typical duties include feeding and watering the animals, playing with them and keeping them company, walking the dogs, changing the cat's litter box, and providing health care if necessary. Some positions include overnight assistance if the family is traveling.

Available for part-time, occasional, and travel care.

HOUSEKEEPER

A caregiver for your house. Typical duties include cleaning and sanitizing rooms, vacuuming and sweeping floors, carpets, and rugs, making beds and changing linens, deep cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, showers, toilets, sinks, and countertops, replenishing toiletries and towels, and emptying trash cans.
